Troubleshoot & Fix

Users may sometimes not be able to generate OTP for logins - this could be due to a variety of reasons :

• Not having installed the latest version of the browser
• Not explicitly logging out of the BigDataLogin application during your last session
• If you are on a Call using the same mobile where the OTP is sent - then you may not receive OTP

Solution to fix this problem :

Option 1: Clear cache of your Browser and close and reopen your Browser

Option 2: Try a different browser like - Chrome or Mozilla (Firefox) or Microsoft Edge

Option 3: How to delete incognito history on a Windows device

• Step 1: Find “Command prompt” using the Windows search box and choose the “Run as administrator” option. - using right mouse click
• Step 2: Type “ipconfig/flushdns” in the Command prompt window and press “Enter.”
• Step 3 : Close the Browser and Re-open it

Now you can use OTP login without any issues.

Option 4: Please avoid using mobile when the OTP is being sent
