Windows 10 / 11 — NSIS installer
- Download AI-Code-Express-Setup-1.0.18.exe using the Windows card above.
- Right-click the installer → Properties → Digital Signatures. Confirm the publisher is BigDataLogin Alphaomega Pvt Ltd.
- Run the installer. Windows recognizes the verified publisher; if SmartScreen still appears during reputation build-up, choose More info → Run anyway.
- Follow the wizard: accept the license, keep the default install path unless you need another drive, enable desktop and Start Menu shortcuts.
- Click Install, then Finish.
- Launch AI Code Express (ACE) from the Start Menu or desktop shortcut.
- Sign in when prompted (browser opens once), then use File → Open Folder to open a project.
Updates are delivered in-app. Uninstall via Settings → Apps → AI Code Express (ACE).
Linux — portable AppImage
- Download AI-Code-Express-1.0.18-x86_64.AppImage using the AppImage card above.
- Open a terminal in the download folder and make the file executable:
chmod +x AI-Code-Express-1.0.18-x86_64.AppImage- Run the IDE:
./AI-Code-Express-1.0.18-x86_64.AppImage- Sign in, open a folder, and confirm the terminal and ACE Agent panels work.
- Optional: move the AppImage to
~/Applications/or~/bin/for a permanent location.
No system install — delete the AppImage file to remove the app.
Ubuntu / Debian — DEB package
- Download the .deb package using the DEB card above.
- Install from the folder where you saved the file:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install ./AI-Code-Express-*.deb- If dependencies are missing, run
sudo apt --fix-broken install. - Launch AI Code Express (ACE) from the application menu, or run
ai-code-expressin a terminal. - Sign in and open a project folder to complete first-run setup.
Remove with sudo apt remove ai-code-express.
